Center for Civic Policy

    The NMCET envisions a thriving New Mexico where a New American Majority (NAM) that includes historically and systemically excluded communities — people of color, women, LGBTQ+, and young people — realizes full, decolonized freedom through access and attainment of justice.

Redistrict New Mexico

  • Website: redistrictnm.org
  • Mission:

    RedistrictNM.com is built on the recommendations of the cross-partisan New Mexico Redistricting Task Force, convened by the nonpartisan organization, New Mexico First. The task force, comprised of Democrats, Republicans and Independents, believes that the New Mexico Legislature should adopt legislation to improve the openness, transparency, and fairness of political redistricting.

League of Women Voters of New Mexico

  • Mission:

    The League of Women Voters has worked since 1920 to improve local, state and national government and strengthen our communities through citizen education and action.

New Mexico Open Elections

  • Mission:

    The mission of New Mexico Open Elections is to encourage more voter participation and reward coalition building and problem solving among elected officials by ensuring that all eligible citizens can exercise their right to vote in every public election

Fair Districts New Mexico

  • Website: fairdistrictsnm.org
  • Mission:

    In July 2019 the League of Women Voters of New Mexico (LWVNM) received funding from the Thornburg Foundation to conduct the Fair Districts for New Mexico (FDNM) campaign. FDNM now has 30 organizations that have joined together to support fair, transparent and trusted redistricting following the 2020 census.
