    Article 1, Section 1 of the Michigan constitution reads: “All political power is inherent in the people.” This basic principle that ultimate power resides in the people is the foundation of our mission at Voters Not Politicians.

PTV Coalition, MI

    We believe we can increase the power of people by ensuring Michigan has a voting system that works for all of us and fair legislative maps upon which to elect our leaders. Our democracy works best when all our voices are heard.

Michigan Nonprofit Association

    MNA is mobilizing nonprofits to achieve fair and impartial district maps for Michigan, specifically to promote racial equity so that communities of color have a voice and are not locked out of the important decision-making that occurs at the local, state and federal levels.

Caribbean Community Service Center

Rising Voices of Asian American Families

    Our theory of change includes multiple strategies for power, developing leadership and organizing capacity within Asian American communities and targeting Asian American women and young people in particular around relational organizing and political education will move local state and federal progressive policy and help elect progressive candidates to champion those issues.
