Illinois Block-Level 2020 Counterfactual Prisoner Adjusted Redistricting Data with Aggregations to State Legislative Districts

These datasets adjust 2020 PL data by counting state prisoners in other portions of the state and not their places of incarceration. The calculations used to determine where prisoners are counted depend upon the information provided in each state. For more details on processing in a particular state, refer to the README.
