This file also contains all the adjusted demographic fields in the file made available by the state.

In the file fields starting with 'A_' contain adjusted values and those without contain unadjusted values.

## Processing Steps
Official files were downloaded from official sources via the RDH website.
Where necessary, files were combined into one statewide file and column names were changed to match PL fields.
The PL field assignment was checked by comparing adjusted PL data in blocks where populations did not appear to change.
They matched in all instances.
Please note that some states removed population as part of their adjustment, so the sum of an adjusted column may differ from that of its unadjusted equivalent.

Please note that Pennsylvania split a handful of census blocks as part of its adjustment, in order to match with VTD boundaries. In every case where a block was split, all split portions were drawn into the same state legislative district. The split blocks are combined in this file to make it as easy as possible to join with unmodified PL data and other datasets that use the 2020 census block boundaries.
