##Processing

The New York CVAP Data Disaggregated to the 2020 Block Level (2020) dataset metadata which contains information on the disaggregation method can be found [here](https://redistrictingdatahub.org/wp-content/uploads/2022/04/readme_ny_cvap_2020_2020_b.txt).
The block level CVAP data was joined with the block level PL data to assign VTD assignments to the blocks.
The joined dataset was then filtered to Nassau County and then grouped by VTD assignment and summed to get CVAP and citizen estimates at the 2020 VTD level.
