The block assignment file was retrieved from the Ohio Redistricting Commission at: https://www.redistricting.ohio.gov/maps.
Select "Download" under "Map(s)" on the map submited with "Name" as "Strigari, Frank", "Organization" as "March 2, 2022" and "Submission Date" of "Wednesday, March 2, 2022".

##Processing
The RDH retrieved the block assignment file (BAF) from the link above. The data was imported into python, and using the pandas and geopandas libraries by joining the BAF with a block shapefile on the "BLOCK" field (equivalent of GEOID20 in block shapefile) and then dissolving on "DistrictID", which was renamed to "CONG_DIST". Other columns from the shapefile were removed. A leading zero was added to districts under 10.

Enclosed in this zip file the shapefile file for Ohio's Congressional Districts ("oh_cong_adopted_2022.shp") and supporting files, a block assignment file ("March 2 2022 CD BAF.xlsx"), a pdf map ("CDs March 2 2022 Commission.pdf"), and summary statistics ("March 2 2022 CD Stats.pdf").
