2020 Redistricting Data for Pennsylvania at the Voting Tabulation District (VTD) level (Without Prisoner Reallocation)

This data set does NOT contain any adjustments for prisoner reallocation, and WILL NOT be used by the Legislative Reapportionment Commission in the drawing of Pennsylvania's House and Senate districts.
The 2021 adjusted U.S. Census population data corrects issues in the original 2020 data received from the Census Bureau, such as voting district code and name discrepancies, municipality name discrepancies, precinct changes which may have been made after the U.S. Census' Phase 2 program, and split block issues.
