Enclosed in this zip file the shapefile for Colorado's Congressional Districts ("2021_Approved_Congressional_Plan_w_Final_Adjustments.shp") and supporting files, and a block equivalency file ("2021_Approved_Congressional_Plan_w_Final_Adjustments.txt").
Although updated in 2022 with minor adjustments, the shapefile and plan was originally approved in 2021.
