2020 Redistricting Data for Hawaii at the Block level

This dataset was retrieved via personal communication with the Reapportionment Commission.
The block boundaries for this file were retrieved from Geographic Decision Systems International Hawaii (GDSI Hawaii) for the Hawaii State Reapportionment Commission: https://gdsihawaii.com/HRC/HIblocksFPBHPB826.zip

##Processing
The RDH retrieved the data from the source listed and did not modify any of the population data.
The RDH joined the adjusted population data to the block boundaries on the GEOID20 field. The data was extracted as a shapefile and a CSV (both enclosed in the zip).

##Additional Notes
Please note that the we only used the block boundaries from the dataset retrieved from GDSI Hawaii, as the population data included in it is out-of-date.
