The following precincts were combined in the election results from the original file based on communications with the Pushmataha County Clerk: 

* Precinct 640005 was merged with Precinct 640007
* Precinct 640013 was merged with Precinct 640009
* Precinct 640016 was merged with Precinct 640015

The following precinct shapefiles were removed from the original file: 

* Second-to-last row removed (index 1951) because it sums the total votes in Oklahoma City
* Last row removed (index 1952) because it sums the total votes state-wide
